If you have any questions about your purchase or would like help in adjusting your glasses, please phone our customer careline in the UK on 0845 070 2858. We are open Mon - Fri 08:30 - 18:00, Sat 09:00 - 12:00 (UK time)

Outside these hours, please e-mailcustomerservices@Best4Glasses.co.uk with a contact phone number, and we will respond as soon as possible.

Delivery within the United Kingdom

We deliver for a flat rate charge of £0.00 to addresses within the UK, including Northern Ireland.

Your purchases are usually sent by Royal Mail surface post. If your order is received before 4pm, we aim to despatch the same day. You should receive your purchases within 3 working days of the order.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom

We use Swiftair mail service to deliver to addresses outside the UK. International postal charges are as follows:

EU countries £8.00

Rest of World £25.00

We do not guarantee delivery nor accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

International customs and excise

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes or other fees charged by local governments on imports.

Different delivery address from billing address

We can deliver your purchase to an address that is different from the billing address on your credit or debit card. Simply enter the details where shown on the purchase order.

Returns

Please return the goods by mail as specified on the original despatch note to you.

If you do not have the despatch note, please contact Customer Services by email customerservices@Best4Glasses.co.uk or by phone on 0845 070 2858 for instructions and help with our returns procedure.

The risk of damage to any goods you return to us will remain with you until the goods have been delivered and accepted by us at our premises.

Coupon redemption

If you have a coupon to redeem:

• Enter the code where shown on the order form
• The discount is automatically calculated (before P&P)
• Complete your purchase through the secure server as normal
