Glasses produced to your exact optical prescription

The glasses are manufactured to a valid prescription written by a registered ophthalmic optician (also referred to as an optometrist) or ophthalmologist (ophthalmic medical practitioners).

We control the production of all our glasses to ensure that every pair is made exactly to the prescription. Each pair undergoes 6 quality checks and is hand-finished.

Risk-free fit

We guarantee a perfect fit. Each pair of glasses is delivered with a guide to help you adjust your specs to fit your face and nose.

If you are unable to adjust the glasses yourself, you can return them to us for adjustment, free of charge within 14 days.

But, of course, if for any reason you are unhappy with your specs, we accept returns without arguments.

Secure shopping

If your card is used fraudulently, your bank or card issuer will generally hold you liable for up to £50.00 of fraudulent charges. You must, in the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, notify your credit or debit card issuer in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

If your bank or card issuer fails to reimburse you for any of the £50.00, Best4glasses Limited will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full £50.00. This liability, however, only applies if unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own when you purchased from Best4Glasses.co.uk through the secure server connection.

Delivered direct to you

We aim to deliver to addresses on the UK mainland within 3 working days. This is not guaranteed, however, and is subject to postal performance. Orders may be tracked by contacting customerservices@best4glasses.co.uk

There is a small flat rate delivery charge to addresses within the UK and Northern Ireland. Delivery outside the UK and Northern Ireland is subject to a separate charge, displayed on the Customer Services page.

Limitations of Supply

By law we are not allowed to supply glasses to under-16 year old wearers nor to registered partially sighted or blind people.

We accept orders for single vision prescription glasses with single vision lenses of a spherical power between +6.00 and -6.00 (dioptres) and a cylindrical power between +2.00 and -2.00 (dioptres).

We may be able to provide orders with spherical power of upto +7.75 and -7.75 or with cylindrical power of upto +4.00 and -4.00; please contact us with your requirements.
